HyNet North West is made up of several different elements.  These include:

  • Hydrogen production
  • Hydrogen storage
  • Hydrogen transport
  • Carbon capture infrastructure
  • Carbon emissions transport
  • Carbon storage

The breadth of this project makes HyNet a leader in the creation of the UK’s low carbon economy and first low carbon cluster, bringing economic and environmental benefits to the local area and across the UK.

We are always here to listen and will be undertaking ongoing engagement with those living and working across the region.  This includes the running of consultations with local communities and interested parties on the various elements of the project.

You can find out more about each of the various elements of HyNet, and participate in active consultations, by clicking on the boxes below.
